For Budget Year 2019 - 2020 a State Residential - Commercial Real Property Tax Credit of -52.08 will apply.
For Budget year 2017-2018 the property tax credit for production agricultural land is different than residential and commercial.
For Budget Year 2019 - 2020 a State Agricultural Real Property Tax Cre of -62.49 will apply to production agricultural real estate.

For the preceeding budget year (2018 - 2019) Sheridan County used $102,184.93 of inheritance tax dollars to reduce property taxes.

For Budget Year 2019 - 2020 the Road Department budget will be supplemented by about $1,019,750.00 from the Highway Trust Fund (Gas Tax).
For Budget Year the Road Department budget will be supplemented by about $9,490.00 from the ** Highway Bridge Buyback Program (HBP).
** HBP funds are to be used solely for the construction, reconstruction, improvement, repair or non-routine maintenance of public bridges.
For Budget Year the Road Department budget will be supplemented by about $116,885.00 from the * Highway Street Buyback Program (STP).
* STP funds are to be used solely for the cost of construction, reconstruction, or repair of public highways, streets, roads, or bridges and facilities, appurtenances and roadway structures.
