The City of Rushville, Nebraska currently permits the election of members to its governing body by district of ward pursuant to Rushville City Ordinance Section 1-709.
Should the Municipal Code of the City of Rushville, Nebraska be amended so as to permit the question of nominating and electing members of its governing body at large rather than as presently permitted, by district of ward?

City of Rushville – Sales Tax
The City Council of the City of Rushville, Nebraska, currently imposes a sales and use tax in the amount of one and one half percent upon the same transactions within the City on which the State of Nebraska is authorized to impose a tax. Shall the City Council of the City of Rushville extend the imposition of a sales and use tax in the amount of one half of one percent upon the same transactions within the City on which the State of Nebraska is authorized to impose a tax, pursuant to the Nebraska Local Option Revenue Act for all lawful municipal purposes; which purposes shall include but not be limited to the continued maintenance and financial support for the operation of the Parkview Lodge Assisted Living Center, 307 Conrad Sheet, Rushville, Nebraska 69360, which one half percent city sales and use tax shall automatically terminate April 1.2023, unless the tax is extended by a vote of the electorate prior to that date.
