Shall Gordon Rural Fire Protection District be allowed to levy a property tax not to exceed 6 cents per 100 dollars of taxable valuation in excess of the limits prescribed by law until the fiscal year 2018 for the purposes of both general operations, building construction, remodeling, site acquisition and allowable growth, and the Gordon Rural Fire District be allowed to have additional allowable growth in restricted fund revenue not to exceed 15% annually during the same period.
