Wyoma Jean Rose 1930 - 2009

Wyoma Jean (Ayers) Rose was born to Glen and Lola (Banzal) Ayers on April 13, 1930 in Midwest, Wyoming.
Rose Marker On April 4, 1949, She was married to William F. Rose Jr. at Scottsbluff.
She grew up in Eastern Wyoming and Western Nebraska receiving most of her education in Hemingford Public Schools.
The couple then lived on various ranches around the Sandhills for several years. where she learned to be a ranch wife and a ranch cook. Later on they moved to Lakeside where she was employed by Dayco in Alliance for a short time until her retirement
She was a member of the Way Out West Club, RSVP, and the Alliance Immanuel Lutheran Church. Her hobbies included word search, puzzle books, embroidery, reading, baking, bingo and spending time with family.
She was survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Lee) Shoemaker of Hastings; son Kenneth (Annette McGinnis) of Lakeside and son-in-law, Earl Jones of Grand Junction, Colorado; brothers, Danny Ayers of Las Vegas, and Gaylord Ayers of Pahrump, Nevada; and sister Joann Bybee of Gillette, Wyoming. Other survivors include her grandchildren, Keith Shoemaker, Kevin Shoemaker, Ty Shoemaker, Christa Shoemaker, Dessa Jones. Cheston Jones, Kenneth Rose II, Karissa Rose: and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William; daughter. Jeanie Jones; 1 brother. Martin; 2 sisters. Helen and Mae.
Graveside Services were held Saturday, June 20 with inurnment in the Lakeside Cemetery.
