Paul Roadifer Geddes was born October 30, 1898 in Kansas or Wyoming to S. L. and Laura (Roadifer) Geddes.

He died at the Spade Ranch, north of Ellsworth, NE, October 24, 1918 after an attack of the "Spanish flu". It was said that he had recovered and after a cold ride took a relapse and died in a short time. Paul left behind a host of friends, especially young folks, behind who remembered him as one who always took a leading part in social gatherings.

He made his home with his aunt, Mrs. Fred Berndt.

Burial was in the Lakeside Cemetery.
