Bertha Minnie Arms was born May 4, 1902 to Arthur and Wilhelmina "Minnie" (Ashberger) Tyler in Mattawan, NJ.

She married Larry Hudson on October 22, 1923. Following his death, she married William Arms on December 22, 1962.

She passed away at the Good Samaritan Health Care Center, Alliance, NE October 18, 1996. She was 94 years old.

Survivors included her daughter and son-in-law Ella and Raymond Shaw; sister Marian Hudson; grandchildren and spouses; David and Marilyn Shaw, Gene and Frances Shaw, Carl Shaw, Ellarae and Gary Watson.

Funeral Services were held at the Bates-Gould Chapel in Alliance, NE. Burial was in the Lakeside Cemetery.
