All members present along with County Clerk Sindy Coburn and Assessor Tina Skinner. Krotz stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act. This meeting was posted on the official website. Kling made a motion to accept the agenda. Messersmith seconded the motion. With a roll call vote all voted aye. No minutes to approve. The board held protest hearings. See separate minutes. Corrections: Messersmith made a motion to approve correction #233 for PI#810160560 Gary J Hoagland removing a 30% homestead exemption. Kling seconded the motion. With a roll call vote all voted aye. The State of Nebraska found in the 2023 Homestead Audit that Hoagland should not have received an exemption. Skinner presented the board with an over/under listing.
