Any errors or discrepancies are those of the writer. The Sheridan County Board of Equalization met in regular session at 9 A.M. on February 24, 2026. Commissioners Krotz, Messersmith and Kling were present along with Deputy Clerk Paige Rager, Treasurer Renee Thies, Clerk of District Court Carol Stouffer, Interim Road Superintendent Rod Norton and Todd Sherburn. Krotz stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act. This meeting was posted on the official website on February 19, 2025. Kling made a motion to accept the agenda. Messersmith seconded the motion. With a roll call vote all voted aye. Krotz made a motion to approve the minutes of 2-17-2026. Kling seconded the motion. With a roll call vote all voted aye. Public Comment: None. No action taken. Adjourn: 9:04 A.M.
