All members present. Paul stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act. This meeting was posted on the official website and published in the Sheridan County Journal Star on July 14, 2021. Krotz made a motion to accept the agenda. Messersmith seconded the motion. All voted aye. Messersmith made a motion to approve the minutes of 7-13-2021. Krotz seconded the motion. All voted aye. Assessor Tina Skinner presented the over/under list for approval. Messersmith made a motion to approve the over/under list for the following parcels. Mary E Ash Parcel ID#810029758 E1/2 6-28-46 Roxanne Gatewood ID#810085127 Pt of Outlot O Shane J Pascale ID#810079607 S 50’ Lot 10, Block 8 Gordon Krotz seconded the motion.
