Board of Equalization Minutes - Tuesday, January 28, 2020 While this is believed to be an accurate statement of the minutes, it is not the official version. Any errors or discrepancies are those of the writer. The Sheridan County Board of Equalization met in regular session at 9 A.M. in the Commissioners Office, Courthouse. All members present. Paul stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act. Krotz made a motion to accept the agenda. Messersmith seconded the motion. All voted aye. Messersmith made a motion to approve the minutes of 1-21-2020. Krotz seconded the motion. All voted aye. County Assessor Tina Skinner presented the board with the list of Permissive Exemption requests received by her office. The board opened a public hearing. No public was present. After reviewing the list the board requested additional information on several of the requests. The board will act on these exemptions on February 11, 2020. Adjourn: 9:45 A.M. Attest: Sindy L.
