Commissioners Minutes - Monday, November 18, 2019 While this is believed to be an accurate statement of the minutes, it is not the official version. Any errors or discrepancies are those of the writer. The Sheridan County Commissioners met in regular session at 9:15 A.M. in the Commissioners Office, Courthouse. All members present. Paul stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act. Messersmith made a motion to accept the agenda. Krotz seconded the motion. All voted aye. Krotz made a motion to approve the minutes of 11-12-2019. Messersmith seconded the motion. All voted aye. The board signed claims checks and audited and approved salary claims. Road Superintendent Tom Kuester met with the board. Messersmith made a motion to approve Resolution #2019-26 authorizing the signing of the Year-End Certification of County Highway Superintendent. Krotz seconded the motion. With a roll call vote all voted aye. The certification qualifies the county for an incentive payment from the State. Sheriff Jeff Brewer visited with the board about recent activities in his office. Building & Grounds Superintendent Davis reported that he is waiting for the final insurance settlement on the courthouse roof. The board had a telephone conference with Jeremy from MANNA about the implementation of new computers for the County. Adjourn: Noon Attest: Sindy L. Coburn, Co Clerk Loren L.
