Any errors or discrepancies are those of the writer. The Sheridan County Board of Equalization met in regular session at 10 A.M. in the Commissioners Office, Courthouse. All members present. Paul stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act. Messersmith made a motion to accept the agenda. Krotz seconded the motion. All voted aye. Krotz made a motion to approve the minutes of 9-23-2019. Messersmith seconded the motion. All voted aye. Assessor Tina Skinner informed the board that Great Plains Communications has amended five personal property returns resulting in a loss of $999,067 of valuation. Skinner stated that she has visited with the state and they informed her that no valuation notice changes need to be sent to the separate entities. Adjourn: 10:10 A.M. Attest: Sindy L.
