Present were Chairman Loren Paul, Commissioners Bruce Messersmith and James Krotz and Deputy Clerk Geri Ann Landreth.

Road Superintendent Tom Kuester informed the Board that he is seeking quotes for a new snowplow and that private contractors will be hauling gravel this week on a one-mile stretch of 450 Road near the Irrigation District.

County Extension Educator Jack Arterburn briefed the Board on recent and upcoming education events. He also reported that donated fencing supplies had been distributed to ranchers/farmers in the northwest panhandle who had suffered losses in the winter/spring storms. Donated material came from four states and Washington D.C.
