We would like to thank the more that 600 members that joined over the years we had Panhandle Yard Sale operational. We have enjoyed providing this service and it has been a learning experience.
As the members had complete control over their postings we seldom heard if the ads had results. On occasion we would receive a "Thank you" note or a comment posted in the listing. Those comments seemed to make it worthwhile.
Over the past year there have been many times that we left an ad up beyond the 30 day period just so there would be something on the site. We have determined that we are currently not providing a service that is wanted or needed and have decided to close down the site.
